a lot of the difficulty in this part actually comes from having visions disabled lol, as those actually boost power significantly
other suggestions that make it easier is that she can be kited, so just hug the wall farthest from her when she ports but will run closer to you, you still need to worry about self heals and bashing her if she starts channeling (companions wont bash her annoyingly enough, but they can usually distract the adds even if they get knocked down, since you cant "die" in the bonus portals)
healer companions are probably the best to help you stay alive, followed by tank companions to distract the adds (as aramril herself does not do much in the way of dmg)
if you are on PC NA, i wouldnt mind helping out if you needed help clearing anything else (such as arc 4 for the associated achievements)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Woohoo!! At the very least, work towards getting to the Arc 4 Tho'at one time just to see the 4th and final shard/incarnation. There's an achievement for it, and IIRC all you have to do is see it. You don't even need to kill it to get the final achievement.Thank you all loads for all the great advice here
Since reading this I've managed to get through the final levels of the filers wing and theatre of war to finish all the optional bits!
I also used the same advice to slow down and focus each thing to finally make it to the 3rd arc. Not sure I've got it in me to get much further (I'm only there for the leads) but happy I've managed to get this far at least
Of course, only if you're like me and will go nuts over having one last uncompleted achievement hanging over your head.
Thank you for the encouragement, despite my pessimism I've managed to get to the 4th Arc (only had to reach the arc, not the boss) and unlocked the dye and PS trophy! The boss achievement is the kill the last one - but wow they hit hard from here! My one last thread didn't survive a whole stage PS4 EU4
