Just probably less for fencing and more for random other things, or even just for the atmosphere. I always wondered why they weren't more popular for small groups in roleplay. I've seen plenty of "criminal scum" RP'ing over the years, but never in the refuges, Thieves Den, or Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.
I'm still working on a few larcenist achieves but this is awesome.

The outlaw refuge offered me 54 gold. This is with the infamous champion point slotted which increases the value of fenced items by 25%.

Question, does it scale with the Haggling passive from Thieves Guild?I'm still working on a few larcenist achieves but this is awesome.
Same. A while ago I started to check what are my missing achievements since I already start to near the end of achievement hunting. Until now I have gathered them just by playing but not really hunting for them.
So I made a thieving build and optimised all the fun out of the pickpocket mechanic. I have now only Solstice and Craglorn larceny achievements left. By my estimation, after I am done with both I will have about 600k towards the Black Market Mogul achievement.
Pirharri would be quite useful after the last larceny achievement is done and I still have 400k to steal. If it scales with the Haggling passive, that is.

I should probably update that. I made that when I started to do my achievements. But after playing I noticed mag based might be better than stam based.

Never really need mag for a thief build. Stamina is key for sprinting, dodge rolling, etc.. when you're escaping guards. Only thing a thief might want magicka for would be Shadow Cloak. But even the minimum amount of mag is plentiful since the marjority of time a thief needs it is while they're stationary (looting a safebox in a room full of witnesses for example).
Ok, I guess it's time to get that one, then. Well, when the change comes. The cut has been such a deterrent that I have not even checked if the passives work with it.Once Pirharri's cut goes away, you'll get the full 10% out of Haggling (110% of the original value), the full 25% out of Infamous, and the full 35% bonus for both. The values will be identical to what you get from a normal fence, barring any bugs.

But for sure, no more 30% cut (or whatever it was) is a great QoL improvement.
She still doesn't launder, does she? That's the only thing I'd use her for.

no, but i'm wondering if that will change now. i always assumed the reason she didn't launder was because they couldn't just take a 35% cut off of that >.> you'd have to add it instead. she was put into the game back when they couldn't even get mail to work right, so i always figured it was just too complicated to be implemented right
