Just stating the obivous. It's broken. I didn't see any threads about it here...
District flags no longer appear on the map, with zero addons mind you - it's a base game problem.
Many of you may have noticed I spend 99% of my time down there, so this is more than a minor inconvenience, to me at least.
EDIT: Upon logging on this evening it appears the issue has been resolved -- at least on my end!

Sandmanninja✭✭✭✭Same here, for both me and my wife. I was in IC and Cyrodiil yesterday but now the transitus shrines in cyrodiil and the flags in Imperial City are not there. I've turned off all add-ons, turned my PC off, turned off my internet router, waited 15 minutes, turned everything back on (except add-ons) and nothing. I cannot travel to any place in Cyrodiil. I see other people walk up to empty space, look down, then disappear. So obviously it's not everyone.[Hard Mode Dungeoneers] is recruiting all players of all levels for this new Guild.
THIS IS A NEW-BUT-GROWING GUILD. We are focused on doing vet pledges, vet dungeons, getting achieves, & doing hard mode bosses.
Most active GMT+10 (Australia time zone) in the afternoon Mon-Fri and all day Sat/Sun.

IC and the Cyrodiil maps were the same instance once upon a time, you entered IC through the sewer entrances in Cyrodiil, so I guess they are still connected in some way.PC|EU1
