Is sorc generally the best class if you enjoy chasing people down in PvP?

Played dk, played arcanist, played nb and I find myself constantly wanting to chase people down but would get punished on those classes for doing so. Perhaps sorc is for me then?

    Yes, because you can gap close at special angles and ignore valleys to get to your target.

    What do you mean by gap close at “special angles”? Don’t other gap closers like stampede do the same thing?
