Transparency and Clarification on dps mechanic
Hi, was hoping to get confirmation that sets like Velothi-Ur-Mage and Tide-Born Wildstalker are working as intended in that their % damage increase are more significant compared to sets like Deadly Strike.
Is it intended for the % increase to be in a different bracket than other % increases (like sets and minor/major buffs), thus making it multiplicative as opposed to additive. Or is it unintended and an accidental source of these items outperforming.
