From March 3rd Playstation players can claim this version of the game and get access to all chapters from Summerset to Gold Road. It will not include any of the content released in 2025, so no Solstice unfortunately. This is a great gift to Playstation players, and it is a good idea to claim it even if you don't play the game much or at all anymore. Claimed monthly games are available to play as long as you have an active PS Plus subscription, which is required to play ESO in the first place.

That would be a question only Xbox could answer. Playstation reimburses the game publishers of games chosen for the PS+ monthly selection.
