In our guild, someone has an amazing Halloween house set up with X number of Undaunted trophies very cleverly hidden to blend in with the creepy decorations and whoever finds/screenshots the most trophies wins. Granted, now that all folks can use Home Inspection mode, that is made slightly easier but pile enough stuff around and it can still be quite a challenge when they blend in.
One of my friends built a crazy Plinko board at a property where folks slide down and try to control where they go, then see if they land in a "pick a prize" box at the end.
Musical chairs! Set up X number of chairs around a table. Put out a music box that the GM or an officer can activate/deactivate and be in charge of. Activate music box and guildies run around the table until the person in charge deactivates the music box. Music stops, every guildie quickly sits in a chair, odd man out left standing (because if you have, say, 12 people playing, have only 11 chairs out so one person will be "out" at the end of the music), odd man out leaves the area, house owner then removes a chair, music starts playing again. Rinse and repeat, eliminating one person each round and then removing one chair until you are left with two people competing to sit in the last remaining chair first. *Of note, one time we did have a game glitch where BOTH remaining two people were able to sit in the chair. The visual of them morphing together like that provided many laughs and I gave them both a first place prize because technically they did both sit at the same time. XD
