cant seem to craft heavy chest plates VR3?

just tried to craft a new set after ranking up as usual but i couldn't make a VR3 chestplate, is this intended? unlikely but worth asking

Aluluei✭✭✭I noticed the same thing. I can craft VR3 versions of all the other heavy armor items (helmet, legs etc) but not the cuirass.IRL: Elizabeth. AD: Aluluei, Eiledh, Yreshi, Zabetheli. DC: Lededje, Pilun, Safket-Abwy, Semley. EP: Ieulula, Tenarha, Tisaarwat, Veralia.
