If I upload a video to YouTube and show how to do an exploit but put it as a private video to only share the link with the developers would I still get banned for TOS violation even though the intent was to show the developers how the exploit is done not to abuse the exploit or for pleasure, profit or personal gain? I once shared a youtube video of an exploitable bug with @ZOS_Kevin to pass on to the correct parties. I ensured it was unlisted and thus not search/discoverable. After it was silently patched and fixed (turns out they were already aware of it), I promptly deleted it. Though probably didn't need to since it was no longer relevant.

However I did make it a point to hilight the fact that it was unlisted, and that I'd me more than happy to delete it immediately at their request.
