If you have the Slippery CP slotted while going through the tutorial, when you get to the Break Free part of the tutorial, Slippery will automatically break you free, but it doesn't count for the tutorial so you get stuck and locked out of any other key combinations so the only fix is to log off and back on. I wear the Slippery CP on every character and this is the second character that I ran into this same issue with since the update to the tutorial. The other time was many months ago so since this is still an issue, I thought I would report it.
