Being Blocked by the ESO & Bethesda Support account on X(formerly Twitter)

Who do I have to talk to about appealing a block from the Official English Elderscrolls Online X(formerly Twitter) account? I tried appealing via the ESO support section and all that came of that was I was then blocked by the official Bethesda Support account. And then all my support tickets removed from my side, so I can't see my tickets. And I fear if I try to push it, they'll just nuke my account. I report a lot of bots on a regular basis, so there should be no reason my support page should be clear of tickets.

I know for a fact they don't like me, I had a year and a half or so long war with them over a bugged event reward from the 2019 Elsweyr Dragon event for the Dragon’sTreasure Hoard, which ended with me winning because they were giving out Mizzik if players didn't get it would've gotten it other wise, if not for that several day long maintenance period a year or so ago, something they told me that it was my fault that I didn't get the Treasure Hoard, but I'm getting off topic.

This stems from me commenting about the Tanlorin companion when it was released. Now, before we go any further, I don't care what your politics are, keep them out of the game. Couldn't care less, but to try and appeal it, only to get no response and my support page wiped, with all my tickets removed? And then blocked by the Official Support Account? What is that? Never seen or heard of that before. I guarantee I'm on a list of problematic players, but to block my ability to respond to support or ask for it via X(formerly Twitter), because that account doesn't just handle ESO maintenance. It's the general Bethesda Support account. So I don't get the ability to get notified of maintenance or problems with the servers of games I'm playing, or get notified of announcements from the ESO Main Account? The only way I learn about stuff, is I visit the ESO website everyday to check for any new announcements that may have dropped. That and the Espanol ESO account as a backup, but I still check the ESO website irregardless.

Again, who do I have to talk to, to be allowed to get announcements and be able to get notified of emergency maintenanceor support from the Main Bethesda Support account? Because this is wild to me.
