PS5/NA - No purple Mara's Parcel gift box?

On the first day of the current event, I received a purple Mara's Parcel gift box for every world boss or IA boss that I defeated. But I didn't get the purple boxes yesterday, nor today. Is this a glitch, or do I need to do something else?

Were you groupped, with a companion or friend, on yesterday attempts? I think being groupped is mandatory.

"(...) During the event period, you can earn Mara’s Parcels in several ways, but primarily by completing adventuring tasks with friends. Being in a group with one or more other players counts, as does having a Companion summoned. (...)"

Yes. I always travel with Isobel. I'm getting nothing but the first gold box.

There's a 5 minute Cooldown between boxes and you have to be grouped with a companion or player.

I always travel with Isobel. She's my tank. Today, played for several hours running the entire first Arc of IA, as well as killing multiple world bosses and dragons. I got one box. The gold one early this morning. Nothing after that.

I've played this game for 10 years. I know it's buggy. It shouldn't be at this point, but it is. I think this will be my last year.

Do you have more then one character on that account (PS5)? Try to see if that is happening on that other character too. I only play on PC(EU) and have not had that issue (with exception for 5 CD).

I make use of a lot add on for managing Inventory and also Companions including FOB to avoid too much hassle with getting negative Reports when interacting with Fence or anything that Companion A will not take notice about, Companion B would. In case you are using any add on for PS5, then try to check if add on might have moved Parcel or even automatically open Parcel which is just a container like every reward that is being delivered in this way.

You will also get a Golden Parcel if you change character as you get one Golden Parcel for each characters first kill (Dragon/Delve etc boss) after daily reset that is part of this event, just make sure to have a Companion active while doing this or being in a group (one more player should be enough).

EDIT: Don't forget to use those Gift you will get from all Parcels as those are hard to find in Inventory. They are part of Tools category (can be seen in left upper corner of tool tip) and you find them as Other in Consumables. Using Gift will give you some increase in Report and a mail with some story content (just text in mail) that can fun to read.

I think perhaps you may be confusing Accounts with Characters? You only get 1 Gold Parcel per day for each account.

I had this issue at Shrine of the Black Maw, and thus far, only there. Nothing. No boxes at all for killing the boss on two different servers. The last three events have had some issue like this for some players. I'm sure it's on the infinite list of things to be investigated, eventually.

I have seen logs of people getting multiple gold boxes on the same account in the same day (within the same reset).

I believe there is some way of doing this and that it’s probably not intended. I don’t know how it’s accomplished and won’t speculate here due to forum rules against sharing exploits, though.
