I am writing to formally request an update on my ticket #260129-000215, which has been open since January 29, 2026.
Today, February 16, the ticket status was updated to "Answer Provided," but there is absolutely no response, comment, or clarification from the support team in the ticket history. It appears the ticket was closed or marked as answered without any actual communication.
This report concerns a serious case of harassment and disruptive behavior, which violates Sections 2.3 and 2.8 of the ZeniMax Code of Conduct. I have already provided clear video evidence
I am requesting a moderator or a support lead to review this case. I would like a human response regarding whether the provided evidence was reviewed and why the ticket was marked as answered without a reply.
