Craglorn Balamath delve "boss" give no box or ticket

May be due to the fact there's no real boss, this delves give no mara box nor events tickets (multiple account tested, in group and/or with companion).

Did you kill all four bosses? UESP says you must kill all four to mark the delve as "completed," so maybe you get the rewards from looting the fourth boss?
