No Parcel for defeating delve boss

Defeated delve boss - Shrine of the Black Maw, twice. No parcel. No tickets. Third event in a row something like this has occurred. PC Hopefully a relog will help, but since this has happened three times now, thought it would be best to report the issue. Again.
Maythor: honestly we're getting the supermarket treatment here ... shrinkflation with the addition of simply moving things about so they seem fresher .. all the while being told a corporation is our friend :P

Displaced_Salad✭✭✭I have a companion. I've been doing this for days and it's been working. PC NA W11 was cut off from the og post, so I'll add it here. Relog did not help. ETA - there is an issue with this delve. I tried it on EU with the same result, left the zone and did a different delve and everything worked fine. Shrine of the Black Maw is the issue.
