I Bought the Wrong Item with Event Tickets

I visited the Impresario today, intending to buy another fragment for the Roseblood Bat. I screwed up and mistakenly bought a fragment for the Roseblood Wings Recall instead. I feel like I just wasted 10 event tickets. Is there a way to undo my mistake so I can get the Bat fragment? Would it be worth submitting a trouble ticket?

you could probably submit a ticket.
But the Roseblood Bat fragments will be available every event in 2026.

the Recall is only available in quarter 1 events. And probably New Life Festival in December, but that event has other collectibles too.
q1 events are
- Mayhem (January)
- Heart's Week (February)
- Jester's Festival (March).
