Linked steam to a wrong ESO account

Hey! I bought ESO premium edition on steam few days ago and linked it to a wrong ESO account. I tried to unlink it on eso website but it didn't work. Support is silent, it's been 2+ days now. Anyone can help with workaround, please?

I checked in on your ticket, and it is still active and awaiting an agent. Queues are pretty heavy right now, but you should be hearing back within a couple of days.1 -

I got answered today: "After reviewing your request, we are unable to provide assistance for this account. "
I thought this is not a big dead + it was linked less than 7 days ago... Thanks for the assistance, anyway.0
