Evil_Rurouni✭✭✭I suspect that the "Hearts Day Recipes" we were told about just refers to old base game Recipes that have vaguely Valentine sounding names.
I saw loads of old recipes I'd already learnt drop when I ran through the event quest on my main character earlier.8 -

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭Tbh I'd rather they not included the food recipes. I got a little hyped for new sugar skull or potent witch mother brew style options.
I am liking the furnishing plans and mats, like 60-100 dragon rheum so far.4 -

I get why they don't wanna do a new sugar skulls per se, but they honestly could make something with the same stats but different cooking mats and animation. Personally I think sugar skulls are part of the reason scrib jelly is priced the way it is.0 -
