Stuck in place at battlegrounds

Somewhere about halfway in the past 3 battlegrounds I did, I suddenly couldn't walk or tumble anymore, not in any direction.
I was completely stuck in place.

Once this happened in the middle of a group brawl, and lasted about 10/20 seconds, untill I was killed.
Three other times it happened after respawning, and lasted untill the end of the match.

Being stuck at the spawnpoint was especially annoying, as I could not do anything remotely usefull for the rest of the match.
Seeing all of my teammates respawn out of my character was also not what I was aiming for.

I checked, and I wasn't stunned, immobilized, out of stamina, or any of such things that could explain it.
It's not my computer or mouse, as soon as the battleground was over and I was teleported back to where I was before I could walk normally again.

Has anyone else had this problem?

This one is new to me. The 3 most common lag issues I've seen and experienced are the infinite CC break where you can't do anything other than CC break, the infinite heavy attack where your character won't stop performing heavy attacks, and the movement bug where you cannot run or block and your character moves in a weird slow motion way. All of these bugs still allow you to move, though. The only thing I could think of is if you accidentally initiated the chat box and didn't notice you were typing in it.

Never seen it either. For me, the slow one happens when in accidently hit the space bar. Hit it agaon and see if that fixes it.

Also happened to me, while fighting between a wall and a pillar near the enemies starting zone in Reman's Folly.
Funny thing was that I could see around me, but enemys couldnt see me.
Until the Match was over I couldnt do anything but watching, as nobody could kill me (well, because nobody saw me though I stood inbetween many fights going on…)

I don't think it was that. Button 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, light attack and block all seemed to work more or less as expected.
Only W, A,S, and D didn't, and at an earlier time during one of these games my heavy attacks wouldn't fire.

I've had an issue recently where I can move around, but everyone is frozen and I can't activate any skills. This will happen for 5-20 seconds at a time.

Then all of a sudden the game client registers all those events that happened on the server during that frozen window.

I've tried all of the following

Switching to a static IP address (per ESO site)
Restart my modem
Restarting my router
Restarting the game client
Freeing up disk space

It seems to happen slightly more often when I'm recording with OBS, but I have 2 SSDs for hard drives and 300+ GBs of free space on both.

I have a new gaming laptop and it's pretty fast.

Any suggestions?

This seems to have fixed it, but I'll report back later either way.
