Stam DK No CP PVP Build Help

Hi all. Totally new to PVP other than daily town quests and I need your help please. Been trying different beginner PVP builds from the usual suspects for Stam DK No CP no Sub Class. H3k, S, 27k, WD 3.5k, Cr 26% Pen 13k. S&B front bar for defence skills, 2H back for attack. Defence is sound, DPS is shocking! Even with nailed rotation no better than 10K.
Running 5p wretched vitality armour, 5p shattered fate jewels and weapons for pen, Helmet of Trainee for health and Malubeth shoulders. 5 Medium , 2 Heavy
Apart from 'get good', what should I change do you think?
