I have filled 3 Help Requests in the game and haven't even got a usual: "this is normal, work as intended" answer from dev team.

For months I am stuck at 7/10 and 8/10, despite playing regularly and regularly opening 20-40 boxes (blue, gold, purple). For about few hundred boxes I have got not a single drop! Previously I got 1-2 fragments per one opening of 30-40 boxes.
Devs, please look into this. Either this drop rate is broken or too low for non-hardcore ToT players to get those fragments!

Emeratis✭✭✭The official word many of us have gotten over the years is the droprate is not bugged. Even if it's not bugged the droprate is too low. I've done the quest and a few games at least every day for 2 years and am at 5/10 for the emote and 4/10 for Kaleen. I've really wanted the emote since it was available on the pts so it's annoying that it's like this. I'm seriously hoping this is something that gets addressed in upcoming QOL changes.
