This has been an on going issue for PS4/PS5 for almost a year now. It works and it doesn’t work. Makes doing content nearly impossible when the group finder doesn’t work. This is one of my favourite features of the game and I can’t use it.
Anyone else on Xbox and or PC have this issue

only occasionally have i seen "phantom listings" but usually when i go there things refresh appropriatelyplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

DreadKnight✭✭✭✭It's been broken for years now, even after being rebuilt from the ground up.
On pc I often q with my wife, we're stuck for 20-30 minutes in a q, then exit, re-q immediately and the q pops. Sometimes changing crown helps or porting to another area triggers it, but yeah it's broken.
On xbox I used to q solo, be left forever whilst my party mates would have gotten their dungeon popped and finished - same roles.0 -

✭✭✭There is an issue with GF for randoms is if you queue as a duo as a DD + tank or DD + healer. If the tank/healer queues, you get stuck in a very long wait time. The DD needs to queue in that situation.
If you are a solo DD, GF will take 20 minutes on average to get into a random. Longer for specific dungeons.
For other GF issues, such as trials looking to replace members mid-raid, that is and has been an issue for a while. Sometimes the group gets locked. Sometimes the "Healer only" designation gets overridden and a DD joins. And then there is the posts simply disappearing. It is frustrating.Edited by El_Borracho on February 5, 2026 4:47PM0
