Repelling Shield Scribe

With all the new transparency, can we at least get someone to look at or co firm that "Repelling Shield" aka the Shield throw scribe with the knock back focus is being looked at or can be looked at?
Years ago there were issues with the atenplar Javelin "desyncing" players. And its back with this scribe. You get hit with the ability, it stuns you. But on your screen you're still running around but can't activate any abilities or anything. On everyone else's screen you're standing still until you get stunned again.
On xbox itself right now there's 50-100 players currently spamming just that ability and effectively making it so no one can move or even play. They're stuck in place until they die or get stunned again.
And before its said. Yes we're all aware you can break free the stun. However your character does the animation of breaking free but nothing actually happens.
