The support answers to reports claim that the account hasn't been found doing anything wrong.
This "might" have something to do with the fact that they are using special letters, and it's really hard to even get a glimpse of their username up there...

Send a whisper to an online GM. GM comes to the area to observe the activity themselves, and administers bans or suspensions right there! Instead, we have to right click on the offender to report them since their names are made of characters not found on a standard English keyboard, then wait for someone who never set foot in the zone to say that "no violation of the TOS occurred".
Imagine active GMs actively keeping zones clear of bots, cheaters and whatnot so you don't have to!

There used to be a thing on loading screens to say gms will have a special tag or something attached to them but I’ve never seen one myself
From what I understand, they needed them at the very start because the game was so broken they had to be in game to rescue characters. I don't think they've ever been here since that. I've definitely never seen or even heard of one on console, tho we inherited that loadscreen too

At the moment, game requires GMs again it seems. I like how Rust admins can check movement history for example, so they can check if person used speed hack or fly hacks, wall hacks, etc. ZOs probably have no movement logs.
They also probably flooded by "cheating" reports from noobs so they still can't handle this one properly. Idk what they used to determine if someone cheated, but as TS stated, this person was reported multiple time and then "that the account hasn't been found doing anything wrong", so I would be glad to hear what support was missing, while it is obvious for me and many others that this picture is impossible without cheating/exploiting.
I like how ZOs started to try to communicate more but looks like they still prefer to stay silent on certain topics. I would be glad to hear, for example, why this person was reported but not banned? What do WE need to do (even if it is not gamer's job to prove cheating but support's job, and this one case done poorly) to ban this 100% obvious cheaters? Some sort of instruction would help a lot, I think. Thank you in advance!
They do have some kind of check in place for abnormal movement.
I remember visiting someone's house which was basically a huge slide, very fun ride but it would earn you a suspension

Makes me wonder how exactly this check looks like? What counts as "abnormal movement" and is it only restricted to some areas? I'm writing this because there's a housing add-on that can be used - only within houses - for flying/floating. It's useful to build high structures without needing to build a scaffold first, or to test the maximum build height of a plot. Movement is clearly far from how this game is normally played, but it's been around for years and doesn't cause any problems to its users.

It's a speed detection from my knowledge. If you are going too fast then the game will kick you, and if it keeps happening then your account will get locked. They don't really have a detection for people flying if I remember correctly, which is why these cheaters don't get banned unless people record them.

I was able to get the character name from a kill feed popup. I can PM you the name if you'd like so you can resubmit your report and maybe that will help.
For those who can see his name well enough but don't know how to type the special character used in the name, it is: ê
A lot of us on AD reported him yesterday as well with screenshots.
Hmm… you just reminded me of the day I reported someone on the forum for using an exploit the game had that gave infinite EXP, and then I ended up getting banned!
The other guy? CP3600 after a few days. And he is still playing the game today.
