Spantifical had the same issue.
She had one of each possible Solstice map in her character's inventory, tried to open one more container and rather than behaving as she expected (one can 'see' the contents but cannot retrieve them, which is the usual behaviour with 'unique' items) the container produced a W.Skyrim treasure map instead.
