Weird case of everything freezing, but I don't get kicked out of the game.

PS5, mostly NA, but sometimes EU.
I'm mostly just asking here if anyone else is experiencing this, or if it's my PS5, or if it's using more than 1 add-on.
BUG: At least once a play session, and often more than once per hour, I'm freezing. Everything around me freezes, I can't do anything, but if I just wait, I don't eventually get kicked like a normal Disconnect works. It would just stay there. I've not waited longer than 5 minutes, though. The only way I can play the game again it to turn off my PS5.
If I don't shut down and restart my PS5, when I try to log back in, I get the screen where the camera moves across a pond with an Ayleid ruin and waterfall, but "Press X to Start" never appears and I never get to the screen with Server Select.
I don't think this is the same thing as is being discussed in ZOS, Massive Spike in Ping/LAG in Recent Days - What Gives?
I'm experiencing some of those things too, but this is pretty new, in the last 2 months.
What I've done to try to solve it:
Log out and log back in -> Ayleid ruin forever
Closing the game and restarting -> Ayleid ruin forever
Restart the PS5 without shutting it down -> Ayleid ruin forever
Rebuilding my database
Clearing my cache
Uninstalling all of my add-ons, rebuilding my database and clearing my cache.
Uninstalling the game, rebuilding my database, clearing my cache, reinstalling the game, reinstalling addons.
Many many iterations of add-ons installed and uninstalled.
What I haven't done for long: after reinstalling the game, I immediately reinstalled Dolgubon's Craft add-on, but played for a few days with no others. I did not get the bug.
If I install any more add-ons, the bug comes back, and stays even if I uninstall them.
Which seems like it's an add-on thing, but maybe I just didn't get the bug when I only had Dolgubon installed?

Can Craft Master Writ
Crutchalerts
Fancy Action Bar+
Harvestmap (Shinni42 version)
Murf's Treasures
Votan's Minimap
if I have to choose between the bug and not having any add-ons, I"ll choose the bug. It hasn't happened during group play, but it has happened while in combat. If I were running a lot of dungeons and trials, it would be different, but mostly I'm just crafting/doing dailies right now.
