Every now and then i see someone use an ability that looks like they are throwing flaming circus rings at an enemy. It SEEMS to be spammable and I'm not sure what it is.
Its sort of like it arcs in the air a little then lands on a target. I think its single target but i'm not sure. Does anyone know what this could be?
