Public dungeon fragment RNG

I’ve been farming Hergor The Fallen for the Fragment of Rulanyil and I can’t get it to drop. It’s been 3 days with 40+ kills and nothing..
am I missing something?

✭✭Stupid question, but I have to ask. Did you check that you do not have it consumed already on in the inventory? Been there, done that.
On a side note, normally, all the fragments were dropping very fast for me. I even thought that they designed it this way.1 -

Fragments are not guaranteed. I have gone back to previously defeated bosses and gotten the fragment from them then. I just checked and I dont have the Fragment of the Ratmaster despite defeating that boss in Eastmarch. But OP should check to see if they have it or not.PC/NA CP 900 - PvE
