CHARM effect in PvP sends players in walls, causes great desync and prolongs normal break-free time

1. Charm effect sends players inside walls or underground.
Unstuck help-feature doesn't work in such cases, because the character is floating and shaking rapidly inside the wall.
Being inside the wall, screen shakes until the whole game crashes and player gets kicked from Cyrodiil and back to long queue without a chance to quickly log back in.

2. Charm effect creates great desync by the forced movement of this effect and the break-free time is at least 1second longer than for other stuns.

Issue of CHARM effect getting players stuck is not being addressed by the developer team properly or at all.
Issue of CHARM being for no reason allowed in PvP is not being addressed by the developer team properly or at all.

The CHARM effect completely destroys normal PvP dynamics, as everybody using it is fully aware of the stuck / desync / slow break-free issue.

CHARM needs to be gone from PvP, please listen to your community.

    BRK Lumbermill tower, stuck in wall after CHARM.
    UNABLE to UNSTUCK, game crashed after insane visual shaking from small space in the texture.
    Kicked out of Cyrodiil completly.

    2 people stuck in BLK side wall above door for getting knockback from Frost Nova.
    Texture wide enough, no visual shaking, possible to use unstuck button.

    The number of players complaing and asking for charm to be removed is massive and I don't understand why ZOS is not removing it. one and a half year of reporting this and nothing happens.

    They just love the warden arcanist and DK classes, but they hate necromancers and NB.

    With all the improved communication, can we please get a temperature check on the dev team's thoughts about this?

    Charm getting players stuck in terrain isn't some uncommon occurrence. During this Midyear Mayhem alone, I've gotten stuck in a wall or under the floor 3 times.

    It's pretty upsetting that a bug this big that can completely brick a fight for a player is being left untouched for so long.

    Why not just make charm effects act as a normal stun against other players?
