Unable to connect to EU server but can connect to NA server

Has anyone else had this issue. Everything was working fine, could connect and play on both EU and NA servers. The issue started with the current event - after one successful login to the EU server I can no longer connect to the EU server. Error codes 301 and 103. Have tried repairs, modem restarts etc. The NA server is unaffected and I am able to login and participate in the current event.
Ticket raised but as yet no resolution and several days later "watiting on agent". I appreciate the support team is busy so reaching out to the Community hoping that maybe someone has a work around/resolution for this issue. Thank you.

The problem was with my VPN. grrrrrr. Disconnecting the VPN gave access to the EU server.
I am still perplexed by the why, and how, it broke for just the EU server but at least now I know where the issue lies and can attempt to resolve it AND in the meantime I can play on the EU server again. Yay!!
I hope this helps should you encounter a similar issue.
PS) I love this game - it is the best!! Many thanks to the ESO Team - the creators and developers for making such a great game.0
