I left the Q.
And now it is stuck on Leaving the Q and now back at position 69......

I get it the queue is busy...but it is during an event....I have been online for 3 hours....

There’s a very well known bug with this might be what you encountered/triggered

Did you do a battle grounds if you enter a battle grounds while you was waiting for a cyrodil queue this will freeze your cyrodil queue position indefinitely until you log out and log back in and re queue I have made posts about this but no answers as of yet it’s been around for a while unfortunately not sure if the same applies to dungeons but yeah try avoid queuing for a battlegrounds if you’re in a queue for cyrodil as I’ve noticed this happens 00% of the time I do it, I just queue and then do my writs or something you can actually queue and then switch characters and your queue position will progress on while other toons just make sure you don’t miss it on the one you’re in the queue with
