Asking for consistent rewards for veteran-level content isn't entitlement. In fact I would argue the inverse for the people arguing that challenge mode should be the exception.... because reasons.Exactly, give them something they ask for only to then complain that they want more....it's pure entitlement.Never satisfied.

There's a 500 page thread pinned to the top of this forum and the only people who said they'd be happy with gold and XP were people who didn't this system in the first place. I don't know where this narrative came from, but there was no consensus that we'd all be happy with veteran overland being the exception to the general rule of more difficulty = more reward, as is the case in every single other activity in the game.
still waiting for someone to explain why veteran overland should get less rewards than veteran dungeons, trials and arenas (purple gear, chance at gold mats and jewelry). That's ignoring exclusive skins, titles and mounts.Asking for consistent rewards for veteran-level content isn't entitlement. Important to note that this is a temporary design issue, because if we're being mindful of crossplay in the future, we're going to have 3x the platforms in a shared overland so separating by difficulty makes more and more sense.
It doesn't matter much to me either way. I'm almost up to CP2500, so XP doesn't matter much, and have several tens of millions in the Bank, so the gold doesn't either. I'm very much laughing at the "the community wants harder overland content" suddenly turning into "what? only gold and XP?" when they get it.
