Some of these I might have read somewhere or it's come up in conversation

1."I'm betting that the Night Market event zone will get a dedicated LFG tool in the Activity Finder, turning it into the go-to spot for quick PUGs on harder group content."

2. "I'm betting that overland Veteran difficulty will scale public dungeon group events to require full groups, making solo clears impossible and boosting zone chat PUGs."

3. "I'm betting that Tamriel Tomes challenges will heavily feature PvP dailies, causing Battlegrounds queues to explode as everyone rushes for those Trade Bars."

4. "I'm betting that Season 2's solo dungeon modes for Moon Hunter Keep and March of Sacrifices will extend to all vet DLC dungeons, slashing PUG demand for normals."

5. "I'm betting that the new PvP progression system will revive three-sided Battlegrounds with ranked queues, filling Cyrodiil campaigns for the first time in years.

Bonus Prediction: Delves will become instanced...and will have their own Difficulty mode.

    1. at least we can create and find Groups for the Night Market in the Group Finder.

    2. sure that is possible, but Overland Difficulty will be optional so we choose that challenge.

    3. You can reroll Tamriel Tome challenges, you do not have to do PvP challenges (probably).

    4. Moon Hunter Keep and March Of Sacrifices are the only Dungeons getting a Solo version, as far as we know. it is not a new difficulty mode, they are new versions of the Dungeons.

    5. Yea sure perhaps.

    Bonus: Delves are Overland.
    other Overland things:
    - Public Dungeons.
    - Group Bosses.
    - incursions, like Dark Anchors and Harrowstorms.

the recent wccftech interview makes this clear too.

With the increased difficulty options, will that also be coming to Elder Scrolls Online's Dungeons and Trials in the future?

Nick Giacomini: No. This is specifically for what we call overland zones, delves, public dungeons, and similar content, excluding dungeons and trials, which are group-based. Those already have different modes of difficulty that players can engage in, and we're not going to be walking away from them. As for solo dungeons, as we build this feature out, the thinking is that there will also be different modes for players to engage in there, like a story mode for players who just want to go through the dungeon, experience the story and explore the space, and then mechanisms to increase the difficulty for players looking for greater challenges and better rewards.

Less content for more $ is their roadmap.

Sure, some of the changes are great, but to keep the game going ZOS is going to have to do both produce new content AND all the QoL improvements they discussed. *still waiting for that reversion of the jabs animation, just for the record.

The lack of a new zone may be a deal breaker for me. Exploration and questing are my primary activities. Of all the new features, the only one that even remotely interests me is solo dungeons. I'll wait and see how the seasons are implemented, as my ESO+ sub ends in March.
