@Kevin — I’m hoping you can help or provide an update on my open support ticket.
I’ve been unable to access the game for nearly a month due to a login issue. I opened a technical support ticket, followed all troubleshooting steps requested, and the ticket was escalated to Tier 3. However, I have not received any update in over two weeks, and there has been no estimated timeframe for resolution.
I currently have ESO Plus, so I am paying for game time that I have not been able to use at all during this period. I want to play — I just can’t, due to this unresolved technical issue.
I understand complex issues can take time, but I would really appreciate any update on the status of the ticket or guidance on next steps.
