I totally thought the gold amount would be based on how much is in your bank, for everyone who sees your house. It being character-based doesn’t make sense. I'd rather not grind the NM on PTS

Not sure if it’ll be in coffers or automatically unlocked with a template character but probably one of those. Since it’s an achievement, I would guess automatically unlocked with template character.
