PvP Rewards Suggestions.

Having something to grind for is always nice in gaming. Just like PvE have all these special mounts when clearing a trifecta, I think PvP should have something similar. The game has been out for over 10 years and we have so many grand overlords/5 stars in the game.

Suggestion 1: You can choose to enter new prestige/ranks after 5 stars. When you reach a certain/max rank you get awarded with a polymorph and title.
Suggestion 2: The top 5 or 10 at the end of the leaderboard in the two biggest campagins gets awarded with a polymorph or mount. Same could be for BGs.

Give us something to grind for, countless hours and a reason for us to stay in cyrodiil and grind. We all know how much a gamer is willing to grind just for a cool cosmetic.

We know how much focus the casual and new players get in ESO and this could be something for veterans of eso, make the endgame PvP community feel awarded somehow. These polymorph/mounts should feel like something special and that only people who spends countless hours grinding for it in PvP can get. Just like when you see someone riding a Godslayer mount for example, the first thing you think about is how that player must be a good PvE player or when you were younger you thought how cool they were. We need something like this in PvP. 5 stars isn't it anymore when the game has been out for so long. ( this would probably even make new/casual players have something to look forward to or even want to grind for aswell )

Only a few people should be rewarded to make it special and worth grinding for and obviously the polymorph/mount needs to be cool. I would love to have a reason to stay in cyrodiil just farming AP for a cool reward like this no matter if i enjoy the state of the game. This will also bring out competetiveness between us gamers as we will fight for the top leaderbords. Just like i don't PvE and therefore can't get these cool PvE mounts, I see no reason to why we can't have similar thing for PvP.

Feel free to comment if you have Reward suggestions aswell that really makes us grind the game and stay in Cyrodiil.

I forgot about Imperial City. What we could have is 3 seperate rewards. For example one polymorph/mount rewards for Cyrodiil, one for BGs and one for Imperial City. This will make so that people wanna grind/play all of them. I've seen this in other games where they have different rewards for different game modes. And who knows perhaps if you collect all 3 rewards there is a secret reward for collecting all of them???

I would much rather have a polymorph than a mount because then you can see it when you're actually PvPing and not just riding around. But getting both a poly and a mount would be cool.

I'd rather ranks come faster and have a prestige and ranking system similar to COD.

Each time you prestige you get a new mount or something - that'd be dope

Before you try to bring people into PVP endgame I would fix the core issues first.
    1. Ball groups and Performance!
    2. Imbalance
    3. Insane speeds
    4. Healing

    PVP DEADWAIT
    PVP The Unguildables

You could shorten this post by just saying "literally anything"

We've been playing pvp since 2014 and somehow we LOST the amount of rewards we could get.....crazy nearly 12 years of design and somehow we have less things to do in an mmo none the less.
    I only use insightful

I'd say rewards is a core issue across the game, not even just PvP. There's so many times that i've just asked myself "why am I doing this?" There's often not many chase items or anything across the game. They've prioritized monetization for so long that they've forgotten to actually reward gameplay.

I agree that there are fundamental issues with PvP and agree with your points, but if there's no reason to even play it outside of a "fun factor," it's dead on arrival for anybody looking for longterm gameplay IMO.

Facts. I used to play star wars galaxies. It was originally sony, i think, and they had HARDCORE pve/pvp content. If you wanted to be a bounty hunter, you need like extremely expensive or hard gear to get. If you wanted to be a jedi, you spend 3 months getting the force and then 3-9 months getting the right quest to be able to unlock the skill trees you wanted. Then, Lucas took it over and made it where you could just spec into jedi, easily get bounty hunter gear, and completely eliminated creature handling skill tree. In 1 week, 30% of the players left. Developers tend to cater to the casual players and that's to their detriment. Those players are less likely to pay for special mounts, subs, etc. The key is to draw in people for the basic game and then keep them with an immersive experience. Zos has dropped the ball on keeping long term players. I play 4 days a week, not for the game, but for my guild mates. If zos really wants to show the gaming world what it can do, they MUST start focusing more on the competitive players with rewarding experiences.

    here's how for pvp:
    1. reward pvp players with gear for winning the campaign (2 pcs GOLD of pvp specific gear that can be sold), plus 100k gold. 2nd place gets 1 pc of purple. 3rd. nada. Top 100 players in campaign also get 1 NEW pvp weapon, for pvp, that CAN be sold.
    2. make pvp guild ap a thing. Guilds get ap for every 10 minutes of holding a keep, outpost, and even resource. keeps get most ap (say 1000 ap per 10 min). That ap can be used to add oiling guards over doors, oiling guards over flags, a keep "lord" (of which there are 1 per class that can be chosen) that defends back flag, upgrade walls, upgrade doors, upgrade guards. This pushes guilds to protect their keep and make it harder to just be taken unguarded.
    3. revamp, vampire. make more ranked vampire content, where you can become a MUCH stronger vampire over time or for completing hardcore solo vampire content. These vampire "lords" could get strong passives (they need to nerf the negatives badly). Then create another NEW vampire hunter feature through a new skill line OR undaunted. This would allow OPEN WORLD pvp between the undaunted AND vampire lords that has a all time record online with wins and losses. Don't like that, as a vamp lord, just toggle OFF dueling. This makes being a vamp lord or undaunted hunter, precarious and fun. Allow vampires to turn entire town guards into vampires or for them to be all killed and return as normal (another option to keep things interesting). There's lots of things that could be done here to really turn up the interest.

    Here's how for PVE:
    1. make vet DSA, vet maelstrom much harder, with new mechanics and better perfected bonuses.
    2. make craglorn MUCH harder, so that it's more of a 2-4 man zone for max level player ONLY. No down scaling at all. Revamp all the dungeons, etc to make them harder and more dynamic.
    3. make new "explorer" sets that are given for completing entire zone wide achievements, story achievements, etc. Even weapon sets only gotten by finishing certain types of things. Such as the entire story for EP, then another for the entire story for AD, DC, etc. Make it where you get a USABLE set pc for completing long questlines that are unique.
