Collectors beware! To purchase all 17 mounts it will cost you 1,950,000 gold.

The brand new mount (spoilered if you want to find it yourself, since ZOS seems to be trying to be vague about it):

    Oh, nice! Some of these I kinda wanted, but couldn't justify spending my limited Crowns on. Good to know they can git got with gold soon!

    I’m glad that Skyram is one of the mounts becoming available for gold purchase, I don’t use him very often but he’s quite photogenic!

    Glad to be of assistance! And yeah, I figured haha. Admittedly, it was in the first place I looked after I realized I hadn’t seen it yet (my first guess was Markarth, second guess was correct), but teleporting around to see all the mounts was a bit fun.

    I will note though that all the mount descriptions say "Acquired through crown purchase, promotion, or event. May also be purchased from stablemasters in major cities." EXCEPT the new mount which straight-up says which zone its from.
