DLC Dissapeared from Account (Resolved after 29 days)

I have a weird situation that I am trying to get sorted out. A few years ago (June 8 2022 and June 26 2021), I traded in game gold for the blackwood and greymoor DLCs. I gave other players gold, and in exchange they gave crowns (this is allowed under the TOS). Everything worked fine until December 31 2025. On that day, I went ahead and purchased the ESO premium edition through steam, and shortly after was refunded through steam (due to a misunderstanding). The refund was approved by steam. Then I went ahead and logged back into the game, and the blackwood and greymoor DLCs were gone from my account.

I then contacted both ESO support, and Steam support. Both replied very quickly, Steam mentioned that I needed to contact ESO support and they could not fix the problem since the items were purchased in game. ESO support mentioned that they needed to send it to a specialized team. I have still not heard back from this specialized team, and I want the DLCs back so I can play them :-).

Some information that may help:
- I have never purchased ESO Plus
- In game name is @TheRuntingMuumuu
- All other purchased DLC is still present on my account, only the blackwood and greymoor DLC has dissapeared

In case anyone looking at this post is skeptical about this, I will attach some screenshots that I did purchase the DLC. First are some screenshots showing that the DLC is not currently unlocked in my account. Second is a discord confirmation from the Tamriel Crown Exchange discord server. This was the service used to exchange the gold for having the two DLCs gifted to me. Third is a screenshot of my inventory showing material surveys for blackwood and greymoor. These can only drop if the user has those DLCs unlocked. Since I have those surveys, it means I must have had those DLCs unlocked at some point. My purpose for making this post is to try to get this DLC returned to me. I understand that bugs happen, and likely this was a bug which resulted in me losing DLC access, but it does need to be fixed. If any other players have any suggestions on how to get the DLC returned, I am more than happy to hear them, and if any ZOS staff see this message, it would be appreciated if you could let me know what is going on, and how to get the DLC returned to me.

EDIT: I have now opened a new ticket as of a few days ago due to the lack of response, which has not been responded to. I have also reached out on social media to the ESO account a few days ago and have also not received a response there.

EDIT 2: This was fixed as of Jan 29th.

    @ZOS_Kraken Any update on this? I have some leads that will be expiring soon (in game) that I want to complete. I need the greymoor DLC to be able to do this.

    If it is not possible to get the DLC added back to my account, I am fine with a refund for the 7000 crowns instead to my ESO account.

    I just want a solution sooner than later, or at least an ETA as it has been 28 days since the ticket was opened.
