Permanently Missed Content?

I have some questions/concerns about the "Seasons of the Worm Cult" and I guess, the upcoming "seasons" model as well.

I am just coming back to ESO after a couple years away (real life got crazy), and I am catching up on all quests and zone content that I have yet to complete. I have done every quest and completed every zone in the game up until West Weald (Gold Road) at this point.

Because I am a completionist - I am a bit concerned about what content I have permanently missed by not getting to play "Seasons of the Worm Cult" when it was current content, for example, the Writhing Wall Event. From what I can tell so far, I have missed and will not have access to: Writhing Fortress (Public Dungeon), any Writhing Wall Event quests/dailies, and any achievements associated with these missed content items.

Are there plans to bring this content back? And if not, how can we avoid this "limited time" content in the future "seasons" model that prevents completionists from completing all content?

Edit: Thanks for letting me know Ghishzor (World Boss) is now on the East side! Also, that Writhing Fortress (Public Dungeon) is coming back for a limited time this month!

There is a rerun of Writhing Wall coming back end of January, as it was so bugged many people couldn't do it.

I believe none of the achievements you can miss now related to Season of the Worm Cult.
All the achievements related to the Siege Camp are siege camp defending dailies, which you can still do. All other dailies were just there for event and did not have any achievement tied to them.

Ghishzor is actually a world boss on the Solstice still, so you do not miss it at all. What you essentially missed is the Writhing Fortress itself and mostly fetching related daily quests and some crafting ones in the main camp.

These crafting dailies would give you a furnishing plan though, based on the type. Not sure how one can get them nowadays.

For the upcoming season model. I can tell you this below.

There is seems to be a little bit uncertainty with the upcoming Night Market content with the next patch. Based on what we have learned from test server so far, in game help text states this.
We will choose factions there, each faction will have their favored achievements. This faction choice will be account wide and can not be changed until the next iteration of Night Market, which in theory introduces limited time achievements to the game.
This is not something i honestly like, i am an achievement hunter and it really puts me off that i have to wait certain amount of time to be able to get an achievement.

Ghishzor is still in the game! He's in a different location—a normal Eastern Solstice world boss "skull" rather than a weird unmarked random Western Solstice location—and he has less health, but he's still there doing his same thing. And the associated achievement for him is still there to be earned, too. There are also two versions of a lore book for him at the daily world boss questgiver in Sunport. One for when he's not the active world boss daily, and another for when he is the daily quest (this one is written in red text to evoke blood...soooooo spooooopy wooooooo, haha).

There is no achievement about this event. You can still get siege camp achievement.
The boss is still there in the east side, he was just "early-access" during the event at phase 2.
The dailies weren't big deal to miss really, just go gather stuff that drop stupidly rarely on mobs and simple craft dailies.
The quest Skordo was giving wasn't really a quest, more like a tutorial about the dailies and a foreshadowing of what coming next phase (like we get to get info about writhing fortress or learning the existance of a kind of daedra to introduce the world boss), very low level of story.

The only thing you missed is the Writhing Fortress (and the title related to finishing it) but they plan to bringing it back this month, and that's mostly because it was buggy so some people did not had the possibility to do it when it was available (pretty sure this is why they bring it back that early).
They certainly were going to bring it back sometime but not sure how often, I would bet at least for anniversary event of Solstice but that would be in some years.
