Necromancer clearly needs a complete overhaul/redesign and has desperately needed that ever since it first came out in 2019. Any improvements since then have been relatively minor despite having massive downgrades like losing Stalking Blastbones. The GLS explosion is a horrible replacement in every conceivable way and the skill in general is just clunky and weird. That being said, it will probably take much more dev effort to update necro compared to the base game classes, so I understand them not doing it right away. It really shouldn't be second to last though since other classes are already in better spots.
