Would you be in favor of incentives & rewards being added to CP progression?

Currrently, it is widely known that your player "power" tied to the champion point system is really only present and attainable in the first ~1500 CP or so. Give or take a couple hundred. We currently have a max level of CP 3600. I think it'd be a really cool idea for long-term player progression to give some cool rewards like titles, homes, furnishings, mounts, costumes, etc. to different checkpoints along the way similar to how a new player gets the Mannimarco costume & the Imperial Chancellor costume at certain CP checkpoints.

The system actually does really well up front, giving you cool things to look forward to: costumes, veteran dungeons unlocking at CP, veteran DLC dungeons unlocking at CP 300, gear cap at 160, etc. These are cool things to chase after for a new player and give you something to look forward to. That feeling really goes away largely after the 1500 mark. I just think it'd be cool to have some achievements & rewards added for long-term incentivization.

No. I want them to reduce the grind rather than reward it. It's excessively grindy to reach max CP.

Yes, that would be amazing. I miss the reward system from lower levels.

Like OP said. 1500cp is all that is needed for any class. Passed that, its really just a flex.
Would shiny stuff be cool? Sure, I guess....
But then it would make the CP grind more of a "You must obtain!", other then what it is now.

How do people feel about grinding horses?

How do people feel about grinding Master Crafter?

How do people feel about grinding fishing for a silly little boat!
You know, I had one for a while. I have it in my Artaeum home and I sit in it.... Just me, and my stuff.
Every now and then I will invite someone to my home to watch me sit in my fishing boat surrounded by my stuff and ask them is they brought anything to appease me. They sometimes give me gold. or stuff I can sell for gold. This amuses me deeply.
Player 1 "You all suck, dont you know how to play this game?"

Player 4 "Why am I 89% of total DPS, one of the only ones that Qued as DPS, and yet in a group with 3 other DPS that cant seem to kill the basic mobs in a normal dungeon, and being told I suck?"
    Player 1 "Whatever, GFL"
Player 1 has left the group...

I don't understand how anyone who plays ESO feels the need for it to be more rewarding! It throws vastly more rewards at players than they could actually use.

One of my complaints is that it is so tedious to manage inventory and to find the things I'm looking for amidst all the collections.

Max CP should be a nice-to-have, not a need-to-have, and depending on what hypothetical goodies you want it to unlock it may end up a need-to-have for something relatively niche. That is a HILARIOUS amount of effort to, for example, make someone earn a specific Vvardvark so they can roleplay as a Telvanni Magister in a matching color scheme. The only thing you should need more CP to unlock is more power!

I gain CP naturally as I play, and I'm not trying to speed that up at all. Titles and cosmetics aren't going to change that approach for me, and I already have more of the other things mentioned than I know what to do with. So I'm pretty indifferent.

Something small would be nice. Titles, costumes, furniture, pets. Big, like houses - no. More like "hey, here are small prize for your efforts" than "here are thing almost everybody will want to grind for".

The latest reveals make me itching a bit on the word "reward"
I don't think a player should obtain a reward for every step and every snort.

As you mentioned, the full power of CP is felt around 1200-1500.
Also you don't need more CP active after 1800-1900. It won't empower your character anymore.
All you get after that is a convenience, a QoL. Kinda you don't need to respec your CP to change some stars, you may just slot/unslot them. All the points for your setup are already preserved in.

Is it worth a reward? No. It is the reward itself!
It is like a big inventory. You can play with 120 slots, but having 215 provides you more freedom and convenience.
Anybody want a mount or a title for upgrading the backpack to 200?! Me not.

I'm already nearly at max cp and have never actively farmed it either, not to mention my other 3 eso accounts with over 600cp on each. As long as everyone else who are already max cp get all the rewards you would get sure.

For maximum cp? I'd suggest something realistic. Like dark circles as an eye cosmetic, for not having slept for 12 years.

So far the cp costellation system feel unfinished. It's like the structural concept abandon the player after 1500 cp.

Small world interactions like having npc salute you with more respect (the same for PvP ranks) or having the dark circle or old man personality as a reward would be fun.

For example if you are past X cp the npc should stop treating you like a moron like they so many times do in the main questlines and remove simple tutorials.

For pvp guards should esitate before attacking you for stealing a simple apple with lines like "sorry general i diden't recognize you" or salute when you pass near...
