i want to take a moment and say thank you to alex, drew and charles from customer support. without getting into detail, i made a mistake and their response was quick. several days of back-n-forth but only 1 day of downtime. ty ty ty!
i was honestly surprised by the outcome. my experience with cs hasn't been positive.
