I choose a signature Script of Growing Impact
I choose an Affix Script of Breach

What does it do?

Does it mean everyone in the rune has Minor Breach on them?

Growing Impact
Adds enhanced buff and debuff application to a scribed skill when written to a grimoire.

I believe it will apply to all regardless of growing impact but growing impact will make it a large circle on the ground instead of only one burst application.
