My character's height changed on its own

A few days ago, I made a new character for the express purpose of redoing all quests and content in the game; a vampire necromancer. I made her the shortest possible height.
While discussing a friend's character's appearance, I went to go look at her sliders with an Appearance Change Token, and she's instead a tick or two below average/middling height. My friend tells me the same has happened to their character, and another friend tells me that his character was forced up to maximum height (from average/middling).
Has anyone encountered this before?

✭The sliders can be lying when you use an appearance token. It may look like they will be moving from the default position, but you should closely look at your character. Best to count input clicks or use similar methods if you are not certain.0 -

I have tested it between myself and a friend's character and the heights were noticeably different compared to previous occasions. It definitely wasn't the sliders lying.0 -

✭I went and tested it and you seem to be right, that doesn't occur anymore with the current version. Have you at any stage used an appearance change on that toon, though? Maybe it happened on an older version.0 -

I do not use appearance change tokens seeing as they're fairly expensive. Last time I used one was on my main character, many months ago, and she does not have the aforementioned issue.0
