[PS/NA] Activity Finder / Group Finder Not Working – Timeouts & Infinite Loading

Hi,
I’ve been having ongoing issues with the Activity Finder in ESO on PS/NA since Friday. Whenever I try to load Home Tours, nothing ever loads. I’m also unable to search for groups in Group Finder — it consistently returns errors like:
“Action Failed. Your request timed out.”
“This is an unusually long search.”
This has been happening repeatedly for days and doesn’t resolve after waiting, relogging, or retrying. not sure If anyone else experiencing this, or aware?
