Extracting from Crown Crate Items

Yesterday I opened the crates I got from the live stream. As usual they contained mostly things I did not need, like poisons. When I tried to extract from the unwanted items the extraction choice was ghosted. Since the items all are bound, is there any way to clear them from my inventory other than deleting?

Yeah both these and the Golden Pursuits netted me nothing worthwhile. Doesn’t exactly whet my appetite for more of these.

Gems are still there and function as they did before.

Consumables get extracted in mini stacks (I think of 5 for the poisons and potions). So if you get 5 potions and use 1, you can't get the gem for the other 4, they show up in the list but can't be selected for extraction. Only other reason I could think of for not being able to extract is some kind of UI error.

Must be some kind of bug. I could extract mine without any problems.

Ditto, just did the same thing successfully on XBox. I noted while doing so that all the items were in stacks that could be fully converted to Gems, so OP's issue is sounding a bit like a rather specific issue.
