At a quick glance:

Two require a character that can still train riding skills and a skill line. There's also a Scribing one not everyone will have completed the questline for.
Eight are associated with the PvP event, but two can be completed with Cyridiil/Imperial City PvE dailies I believe.
Four are for group dungeons and a trial.

This leaves precisely twenty, though I did include World Bosses, Incursions, and Tales of Tribute in that. Those can be completed without interacting with other players.

So with those twenty, or perhaps swapping a few for Cyrodiil PvE Dailies or a soloable Group Dungeon, I think most should be able to reach the final reward without doing to many activities they dislike.

Edited to add: Note "Kill 200 Foes with Class Skills" requires actually landing the killing blow with a Class Skill, unfortunately.

Thanks! A solid, large and varied selection that should pretty easily allow most players to enjoy completing at least 20 of the tasks. Well done, ZoS!

I did ez mode. Can be (almost) done solo with very minimal combat.

This is what I did:

Complete 5 Quests - daily crafting
Complete 10 Quests - daily crafting
Complete 15 Quests - daily crafting
Use Ultimate Skills 20 Times - went home and used ulti well and spammed Languid Eye
Visit 5 Player Homes - zig zagging between the two houses in Rimmen
Place 5 Furnishings - ez
Earn 10 Ranks in a Skill Line - my Arca had S&B level 1. Equipped a shield and beamed enemies.
Kill 200 Foes with Class Skills - went to overland grind spot to beam enemies.
Complete 1 Group Dungeon - ran FG1 solo
Complete 8 Incursions - ran Alik'r Desert dolmen grind for 8 dolmens
Defeat 500 Enemies - went to overland grind spot to beam enemies.
Craft 50 Items with any skill - daily crafting writs and creating the shield for Arca
Improve 2 Item/Items - improved the shield for my Arca
Harvest 25 Resources from the World - did a few harvest maps
Harvest 50 Resources from the World - did a few harvest maps
Scribe 1 Skill - modified banner once
Pick 15 Locks - went through south Rivenspire chests
Loot 10 Treasure Chests - went through south Rivenspire chests
Catch 30 Fish - ez
Complete 10 Duels - asked a friend to come over and we dueled

Pretty much every time I have the capstone the same day. The previous one I had just past 12 in the night so technically, not the same day.

Typically they are pretty quick and simple to complete if you take a couple of minutes to formulate a plan. Progress as many as you can simultaneously or as a part of a workflow.

Like now I did daily crafting with a few characters (progresses all three quest pursuits, craft 50 items, and I get harvest maps), then I crafted a Tide-Born shield for my Arca DD (one more craft for the 50) and upgraded it to purple (the improve 2 items was done already when it was blue). Went to run 8 dolmens at Alik'r Desert and before I was even half way my s&b skill line had improved 10 levels (progressed 8 incursions, 10 levels to a skill line, kill 200 foes with class abilities, kill 500 enemies). Switch shield back to dagger and finish the dolmens. Then solo FG1 (progresses complete dungeon, kill 200 foes and kill 500 foes.) And finally, go to some grinding spot to kill enemies. I went to the Quarantine Serk graveyard in Deshaan, but any grinding spot will do. All the while picking resources when I came across them.

That was a natural progression, very simple to do and just by doing that I completed multiple pursuits while feeling like I was doing just one task/quest. On top of that, I got some harvest maps for the two harvesting pursuits.

So I would recommend going through the list, checking what can be completed simultaneously, in sequence, or as a natural continuation of another and these are actually much more doable than staring at an impossibly tall wall of tasks to do.
