ESO Plus and what happens when you renewed it for a year...

Well, imagine the following scenario:
Someone just purchased a full year of ESO Plus in december, that person can't get a new subscription with those cupons until next december, they miss out on 12 months worth of coupons and will be locked out from buying any Battle Pass of the next year, unless they pay again.

Soo is that assumption correct?

I can see one of a few paths:

1) The reward is earned once this goes live based on months active, so if you renew in december of 2025 until december 2026 you will be credited each month from April - December 2026

2) At the Start of April when this goes live, you receive the benefit for the period of April - December 2026

I dont see them giving you credit for the full 12 months untill you renew.

They said that when this starts, ESO+ subscribers get a credit for each month they are subbed, so if you bought a years worth of ESO+ already in December, you will get credit for every month from the start of this new system, until that sub ends.
