Stablemaster in Eastmarch - unresponsive

For two days now at least, Afneer Cold-Moon has been unresponsive. He's standing in the stable, but unwilling to talk to anyone. I visit other stable masters in other cities and have no problems.
Guess we need to reboot Afneer or something.

These are the kind of things that happen when we don't get maintenances for a few weeks. Hopefully wednesday will wake up him up.
