Controller UI Guild Bank Bug

@ZOS_Kevin - I've been a GM for years now and I have had multiple guildies over multiple years have the same problem. They can't see the items in the guild bank if they're using the controller UI (it says they don't have permission). They do have permissions to see the items. When they swap to keyboard UI, the items are visible. This has been an ongoing issue. I don't know if they have reported it (it's usually new folks that need nooblet items). I just had this again with another new guildie, so thought maybe you guys don't know?

✭Yes - that bug has been in game for a very long time (since the permissions to see Guild Bank gold and Guild Bank items were split). I certainly have reported it a whole bunch of times.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP
